HazTek Safety Management is hiring an HSE Administrative Coordinator to support a large‑scale construction project. The role provides administrative, documentation, and reporting assistance to the on‑site HSE team. Safety field experience is not required, though familiarity with HSE documentation and compliance processes is preferred.
Ideal candidates have administrative or project coordination experience in construction or industrial settings, are comfortable using technology and reporting tools, and demonstrate strong communication and time‑management abilities. Preference is given to those familiar with construction safety standards and OSHA‑30 certification, or who are willing to obtain it.
