Joining an established team with a strong pipeline of projects, you will be responsible for all aspects of civil design for local land development projects as well as contributing to design in other geographies.
- Support and mentor junior design team members by sharing your knowledge and experience to help support their professional development, as well as your own
- Solve complex design challenges, delivering great solutions for our clients
- Carry out design calculations whilst working to project timelines and budget
- Manage Project responsibilities including scheduling, estimating, and report preparation
- Prepare design plans for subdivisional road, drainage and water/sewer network designs
- Liaise with, and manage expectations of stakeholders such as developers, contractors, construction teams, local authorities and councils

An experienced Civil Engineer, you have previously worked on land development or infrastructure projects and you aspire to take a design lead role.
- Genuine flexibility with the tools to connect and collaborate from home and the office
- White card and drivers’ licence required.
- Previous experience for a design consultancy or an authority within land development projects in VIC or NSW will be highly regarded
- An agility to move between different tasks and projects and manage multiple priorities seamlessly
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering and the ability to become registered (RPEng)
