Role

Manage the lease application process, ensuring a smooth transition for new residents.
Conduct community tours that highlight the unique lifestyle IRT offers.
Coordinate resident events that build community and enhance resident satisfaction.
Follow up with prospects to close sales and achieve leasing goals.
Conduct market research and contribute to marketing plans to attract new residents.
Serve as a knowledgeable resource on community features, rents, and amenities.
Welcome prospective residents, understand their needs, and expertly match them with our community’s amenities.

Requirement: Must be able to attend a company paid, multi-day, out of state training within 2 weeks of start date
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proven sales or customer service experience.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
