- Be responsible to the WBG Area Manager to develop, coordinate, monitor and improve technical competencies of area staff and products to meet client needs and market drivers
- Serve as a champion for BGX opportunities
- Oversee and ensure implementation of quality, standards, and best practices
- Support communication and coordination within all business groups
- Support area activities related to hiring and retaining key staff
- Collaborate with WBG Area operations, market sectors, business classes, and delivery leaders
- Oversee workload balancing and ensure qualified staffing of project teams
- Participate in WBG Area strategic planning and plan implementation
- Lead the WBG Area mentoring initiative
- Lead and monitor activities for continuous improvement including development and use of technical standards, procedures, best practices and lessons learned
- Lead and participate in project reviews and support project teams with management of claims and losses
- Oversee technical and digital delivery evolution, in collaboration with subject matter experts
- Lead and monitor development and training of area staff in technical and business competencies
- Lead quality assurance efforts to implement QA/QC Program activities striving for continuous improvement
- Provide leadership to assigned business class leaders, including the crosssector leaders
- Work with WBGAM to streamline and coordinate business processes consistent with Area, corporate policy and MOA
- Works cooperatively with operations managers, technical staff and marketing managers on professional servicesrelated efforts
- Monitor project QC Review activities including assignment of experienced and qualified reviewers
