Maintain cleanliness and organization of the receiving dock, storage areas, and warehouse spaces.
Report discrepancies, damages, or spoiled goods promptly to the appropriate department.
Receive, inspect, and verify accuracy of incoming deliveries against purchase orders and invoices.
Safely unload delivery trucks using proper equipment and lifting techniques.
Operate warehouse equipment including pallet jacks, hand trucks, and potentially forklifts (if certified).
Ensure the quality and integrity of all received goods, especially perishable and high-end items.
Communicate effectively with vendors, procurement staff, and kitchen teams to coordinate timely delivery and issue resolution.
Follow all food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols.
Assist in inventory counts and stock rotation using FIFO (First-In-First-Out) principles.
Handle and store alcohol and other luxury beverages according to hotel policies and local regulations.
Accurately label, document, and store items in designated locations to maintain efficient inventory flow.

Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
Familiarity with food safety standards, handling perishables, and receiving procedures for alcohol and luxury goods.
Must be able to lift, push, and carry up to 50 lbs; frequent walking, standing, bending, and climbing stairs/ladders.
Excellent communication skills.
Minimum 1–2 years in a receiving, warehouse, or logistics role – preferably within hospitality, foodservice, or luxury retail.
