  • Experience carrying out reactive and planned maintenance tasks to high standards.
  • Demonstrable experience in fabric maintenance.
  • To be thoroughly familiar and comply with the Company's "Health & Safety" policy and procedures and to immediately report any hazards or infringements to either the Building Services Manager or Engineering Supervisor.
  • H&S awareness including COSHH and manual handling
  • Ability to identify and report fabric defects and recommend corrective actions.
  • Minimum 3 years commercial or industrial painting and fabric maintenance
  • Confident in making decisions appropriate to the role
  • NVQ Level 2 (or Equivalent) in Painting and Decorating or relevant trade qualification.
