- Maintain clear documentation, SOPs, and governance for IT operations
- Develop and manage the IT strategy, aligning with organizational objectives and business growth
- Evaluate, implement, and manage 3rd-party vendors and MSPs
- Ensure robust cybersecurity policies and best practices are in place
- Drive incident response, change management, and disaster recovery planning
- Collaborate on major ERP implementations (Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365)
- Champion a culture of learning and knowledge-sharing, including internal training and upskilling
- Lead and grow both the IT infrastructure team and ERP/business systems team, mentoring staff and building career development paths
- Manage IT budgets, procurement, and licensing
- Oversee and expand automation initiatives using Ansible and Terraform

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Microsoft 365 administration and Azure AD
- Cisco switches, VLANs, trunking, LACP, and routing fundamentals
- Familiarity with ERP systems and business application integration (Salesforce, Dynamics 365)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of compliance standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2)
- Azure Active Directory and hybrid identity setups
- Cisco network infrastructure (switches, VLANs, routing)
- Cisco CCNA/CCNP
- Strong leadership and mentoring experience; ability to build a high-performing IT team
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator
- HPE and Dell PowerEdge servers
- VMware VCP
- Experience with endpoint management, mobile device management (MDM), and SaaS governance
- VMware ESXi, vCenter, HA/DRS
- Microsoft 365 platform (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune)
- IBM SAN storage or other enterprise-grade SAN/NAS systems
- Server hardware: Dell PowerEdge and HPE ProLiant
- Proven experience with:
- Infrastructure-as-Code tools: Ansible and Terraform
- IBM FlashSystem SAN or similar enterprise storage systems
- Understanding of ITIL or similar service delivery frameworks
- VMware ESXi environments
- 7+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role
- Knowledge of IT budgeting, project management, and vendor negotiation
