We’re looking for a Qualification & Assessment Development Manager to lead the development of assessment methodologies, entry routes and competencies across the profession. You’ll play a major role in the Entry & Assessment Review and ensure our qualification standards stay current, trusted and aligned to international best practice.
Work with policy and operations to deliver the review project plan
Drive continuous improvement and innovation across assessment policies and procedures
Visible influence — work with internal experts and external stakeholders across the sector
Research-led development — use evidence, consultation and best practice
Qualification & Assessment Development Manager – Hybrid (London or Birmingham, 3 days a week in-office) – 6 Months FTC
Understanding of qualification frameworks and how they shape professional routes
Ability to work independently and take initiative
Strong stakeholder engagement and productive relationship management
Understanding of professional / regulatory requirements globally
