Description

You will be operating from defined hydrants recording operations to report back to our client on water quality parameters.
Daily/weekly checks of equipment & Vehicles.
You will work as part of a two-person team, with an experienced Senior Technician, collecting samples on behalf of our client, Scottish Water.
Moving heavy items including inspection chamber covers.

Full UK driving licence
Being comfortable entering and working in confined spaces.
Working in all weather conditions.
Experience with phone apps to data capture.
You may be required to work in confined spaces and on highways.
Ideally some experience in a wastewater related role.
Please note mandatory drugs and alcohol tests are undertaken for this role and a DBS check will be undertaken.
Excellent problem-solving and accurate record-keeping capabilities.
A strong utilities background and the willingness to learn new skills will be considered.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to complete paperwork accurately and annotate plans.
Experience using drills and taking accurate measurements.
Demonstrable track record of reliability and flexibility.
