- Manage and submit expenses in Deltek Vantagepoint.
- Ensures compliance with company standards and procedures
- Responsible for editing and formatting correspondence, reports, and proposals, as well as assembling documents for distribution
- Operates a telephone switchboard with multiple phone lines
- Vehicle logs and maintenance tracking
- Maintains phone call logs
- Prepares professional resume for new employees
- Manages multiple assignments with minimal supervision and collaborates cross-functionally to obtain information
- Maintains confidentiality
- Orders, receives, and maintains office and kitchen supplies
- Maintains a list of computer resources and assignments
- Performs other administrative duties such as filing, coping, and collating
- Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries
- Transcribes data reports from lab techs – field concrete tests and field density reports

- Experience with MS Office suite and Google Workspace
