Follow all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
Install steel roof top equipment supports using mechanical means (clamps in lieu of welding).
Set-up winter condition provisions.
Complete floor installations, small interior paint projects and minor interior and exterior demolition projects.
Unload tools, prepare building site materials, stack building materials, and set up equipment.
Use first aid equipment, a fire extinguisher and power and hand tools.
Safely operate a variety of tools including pressure washers, jackhammers, drills, saws, and grinders.
Lift, move and carry heavy objects.
Perform jobsite clean-up and scrap out.
Follow project instructions from construction superintendent.
Consult with construction plans and other tradesmen working on the job.
Assist with project Punch List completion and close-out.
Stand, walk, or sit for extended periods of time.
Supervise Labor Ready forces when needed.
Use construction and maintenance tools and equipment to complete daily tasks.
Construct temporary enclosures and structures to facilitate construction operations.
Complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure construction equipment and tools are cleaned and stored properly.
Fill equipment with fuel.
Ensure regulated and proper headgear, earplugs, gloves, safety glasses, and clothing are worn.
Maintain company owned equipment per manufacturers recommendations and schedule.

High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience in operating basic hand tools is mandatory. Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers and forklifts is preferred, but not mandatory.
Stoop, kneel, or crouch for extended periods of time.
Able to follow instructions and self-perform tasks without constant supervision.
Ability to travel when necessary.
Able to work in a team.
Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination.
Valid Driver's License required.
Proven experience as a construction worker, related to concrete masonry, bricklayer and carpentry fields.
Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written).
