  • Connaissance du terrain, des disciplines de la construction et des normes de sécurité.
  • Mettre en pratique les principes de santé, sécurité et environnement (SSE) propres au projet et promouvoir les standards de Pomerleau.
  • Immersion dans l’industrie grâce à des visites de chantiers, événements et rencontres d’équipe
  • Apprendre les étapes de démarrage d’un chantier, y compris l’horaire, sous la supervision du surintendant.
  • Attitude positive et enthousiasme à travailler sur le chantier chaque jour.
  • Être inscrit(e) dans un programme reconnu en génie ou en gestion de la construction.
  • Vérifier que les matériaux respectent notre programme de qualité.
  • Expérience préalable sur des chantiers de construction.
  • Soutenir le gestionnaire de projet et le surintendant pour garantir la conformité du chantier aux plans, devis, dessins d’atelier et codes du bâtiment.
  • Excellentes compétences en communication, en travail d’équipe et en résolution de problèmes.
  • Apprentissage concret en gestion de chantier, ingénierie, développement durable et innovation numérique
