  • Assists with protocols, qualifications, and prescribed validation procedures and documentation.
  • Support published corporate policies.
  • Documents, analyzes, and reports environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies.
  • Identifies risks at the project site and identifying discrepancies during daily site walks. Documents findings, evaluations and inspections using Company prescribed procedures and software.
  • Perform additional assignments per management’s direction.
  • Performs system verifications on completed systems to assure correct installation per contract design specifications.
  • Supports impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce the organization’s environmental risks and financial costs, at the direction of the environmental team and procedures.

  • Must be able to read, write and fluently speak English.
  • Strong organization and communication skills.
  • Willingness and ability to learn and grow in inspection, monitoring, technical writing, and documentation.
  • Architecture: Graduate Architecture with 4 years’ related experience in the type of work being performed on this contract.
  • Mechanical: Graduate Mechanicalwith 4 years related experience in the type of work being performed on this contract or construction manager/engineering technician with an ICC Certification as a Commercial Mechanical Inspector with 5 years related experience. Required ICC Certifications include: Commercial Mechanical Inspector, Commercial Plumbing Inspector, Commercial Fire Alarm Inspector, Commercial Fire Sprinkler Inspector, and Commercial Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner with ASHRAE 90.1
  • Proven subject matter expert in testing, inspection processes and construction procedures.
  • Maintains knowledge of Company’s values and strategic plan.
  • Experience or training in construction industry compliance preferred.
  • Leadership and mentoring ability and ownership.
  • Commercial Building Inspector:ICC certificate for Commercial Building Inspector, Commercial Electrical Inspector, Commercial Mechanical Inspector, Commercial Plumbing Inspector, Commercial Fire Alarm Inspector, Commercial Fire Protection Inspector, Commercial Energy Inspector/Plans Examiner with ASHRAE 90.1.
