Supporting project teams with day-to-day stakeholder and community engagement and contributing to a positive WRDT culture.
Managing community interactions, including property visits, door knocks, letterbox drops and stakeholder meetings, while resolving enquiries, issues and complaints with accurate logging and timely escalation.
Supporting internal engagement activities, including inductions, Toolbox Talks and coordination of community events, information sessions and workshops.
Developing and implementing Community and Stakeholder Engagement Plans, and preparing engagement materials such as notifications, posters, handouts and meeting packs.
Completing site inspections and monitoring WRDT community engagement channels.

An understanding of the Engagement Institute (formerly IAP2) engagement framework.
A qualification in communications, community relations or a related discipline.
Strong judgement, the ability to multitask and experience managing conflict resolution.
A current C Class driver licence and White Card.
Experience working within multi discipline delivery teams.
2 - 3 years of experience in community engagement (infrastructure, utilities or construction advantageous).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
