Works closely with the Business Group leadership to ensure smooth stakeholder liaison and management.
Is responsible for facilitating all project level related stakeholder permitting and approvals required for projects.
Coordinates with all stakeholders regarding project submissions, revisions, clarifications, approvals, justifications and approvals by statutory authorities.
Ensures project teams deliver required documents on schedule and in accordance with any stakeholder requirements.
Maintains and updates the stakeholders’ mapping/registers/plans as stakeholders’ roles and requirements change throughout the programme duration.
Monitors progress of drawings and documentation for NOCs.
Develops and fosters relationships with stakeholders and liaises with all relevant agencies/authorities and client team to obtain necessary approvals and NOCs.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of all regulatory requirements.
Liaison with authorities for all technical queries and issues.
Manages stakeholder engagement, maintains relationships, collaboration, and consistency in all written and verbal correspondence with various stakeholders, including government and semi government entities.
Participates in project design meetings and recommends improvements (if required).
Coordinates and collects information from relevant agencies, third party consultants and contractors for all technical queries ad issues to prepare weekly and monthly reports.

Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Maintains good knowledge of planning processes required to coordinate with the government and semi-government entities and for clarifications, justifications and permitting by statutory authorities.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s preferred).
Ability to analyze data and provide insights for decision-making.
Proven experience in stakeholder management, communications, or relationship management.
