Complete jobs on schedule and manage quality control, completing paperwork accurately documenting work completed.
Perform and/or coordinate all facility cleaning both inside and out while identifying needed repairs on assigned properties.

High School Diploma or equivalent required, college degree and/or trade certification in job related field preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Climb ladders and 5 floors of stairs
Excellent vision or corrected, including ability to distinguish basic color groups, excellent hearing
Excellent driving record; must grant permission for release of Virginia Motor Vehicle Record
Ability to meet physical demands:
Lift a minimum of 75 pounds to waist height
Strong work ethic, punctual, and a professional demeanor
Able to talk, sit, stand, stoop, and bend
Willing to authorize background check; must be willing to take and pass a drug test
Knowledge of or ability to perform tasks in many trades – commercial and residential (i.e., carpentry, basic plumbing, basic electrical, masonry, mechanical knowledge, basic roofing, safe power tool use, flooring, sheetrock, and plaster)
Demonstrated leadership skills and willing to be an effective team member
Excellent hand-eye coordination, able to grasp and assemble objects
Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, customer service skills
