Maintain and enhance Pronto Xi ERP and related business systems for Warrikal

Tasks

-Coordinate with Pronto Software and other vendors for upgrades, patches, and technical support -Work closely with end users to troubleshoot issues and deliver practical solutions -Administer and maintain Pronto Xi across Finance, Payroll, Inventory, Procurement, and Resource Management modules -Collaborate with business users to identify and deliver ERP enhancements or process improvements -Monitor system performance and proactively identify optimisation opportunities -Develop and maintain process documentation, configuration notes, and training materials -Assist with software deployments, testing, and version upgrades -Manage user access, configuration, and data integrity -Contribute to improving Warrikal’s overall application posture through collaboration and innovation -Support continuous improvement projects to enhance performance, usability, and integration -Provide Level 1 and 2 support for business systems and integrations

What You Bring

-Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills -Experience in mining, construction, or industrial services (desirable) -Full working rights in Australia -Exposure to ERP upgrades or module implementations (e.g. Pronto Xi 760 → 780) (desirable) -Proven experience with Pronto Xi ERP support and management -Familiarity with system integrations, reporting, or data flows (desirable) -Solid understanding of finance, supply chain, and operations processes
