In this role you will manage the financial functions of projects within our accounting database, collaborating closely with project managers to ensure accuracy throughout the project lifecycle. Core duties include client invoicing, updating work‑in‑process (WIP) reporting, and supporting collection efforts. You will also set up project information, generate and finalize invoices, and conduct monthly reviews and project completion activities.

We are looking for a detail‑driven, collaborative professional who takes pride in accuracy and thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑oriented environment. The ideal candidate communicates easily with project teams, takes ownership of their work, and is comfortable asking questions or speaking up when something does not look right.
Required education is a high school diploma or GED, with an associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance considered a plus. Candidates must have at least three years of experience in project billing and possess knowledge of KPI reporting and dashboards.
