Risk assess work/working environments before starting any works to avoid damages or injuries, and undertake all work in accordance with Health & Safety and The Gas Safety (Installation and Use) Regulations (GSIUR) 1998
Tracing and repair gas leaks under floors
Working on S/Y plans and combi systems
Maintain accurate records of work completed, including job sheets, service/installation reports, and compliance certificates.
Deliver high levels of customer care dealing with clients and tenants meeting the required quality standards
Completing day to day pipe/gas line runs, installing radiators, repairing leaks on pipeworks
Moving and replacing boiler flue’s
Diagnose and repair faults in gas systems and appliances, addressing issues promptly to maintain safety and functionality
Communicate effectively with residents, providing clear explanations of work to be undertaken and ensuring minimal disruption during service delivery

A professional and friendly attitude with the ability to forge strong relationships with both clients and tenants
Previous practical experience in gas system/plumbing installations and wet fitting
Solid understanding of gas safety regulations and industry standards
Valid UK driving licence (essential)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently
Valid domestic and/or commercial gas qualifications. As a minimum, successful candidates must have the following: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1 (essential)
Willingness to work OOH/on call rota basis
