Lateral, strategic thinking and problem solving
Minimum two to three years technical skills, experience working ideally with Sky products; such as dish and decoder installations with subsequent cabling
Demonstrate outstanding customer service abilities
Experience in installing and servicing Sky products
Your own vehicle with a current rego & WOF, as well as a full unrestricted New Zealand driver licence is essential
Current qualifications held – NZQA Unit Standards 15757 & 23229 plus first aid minimum requirements
Previous telecommunication industry experience or Sky installation experience
Strong ownership and commitment
Excellent verbal communication, ability to relate to people at all levels and ensure positive relationships with customers are created and upheld
