  • As a growing team, we are looking for someone who can build and develop a team around them, training staff to complete a range of Passive Fire Woks under their supervision.
  • To develop a strong collaborative working relationship with engineers to promote excellent customer service.
  • To supervise the effective day to day management of the contract
  • To provide technical knowledge to the wider team
  • Carry out certification validation

  • Willingness to spend a mixture of time onsite or in one of our office location – IG7
  • Good attention to detail and a person who can prioritise and manage their time effectively.
  • Availability to out of hours call out rota (£100 standby, £80-120 per callout)
  • All plant tools supplied (drills, steps, ladders, heavy duty power tools)
  • Competent with Fire Door regulations
  • Experience supervising internal staff and subcontractors to complete installation works
  • Customer orientated, with the ability to adapt and respond to clients in different situations.
  • The candidate must have experience with a range of different products and manufacturers, with at least 3 years’ experience surveying and installing fire-stopping
  • Competence in a range of tasks from surveying, maintenance inspections, completing installation works directly
  • Auditing works experience and signing off compliance in accordance with FIRAS accreditation.
  • Experience with reviewing risk assessments and managing remedial works
