Minimum three (3) years of experience in rapid content/eLearning development using authoring tools such as Articulate 360, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Microsoft Office Suite.
Expert proficiency in authoring, visual, and media design tools with advanced knowledge of LMS publishing requirements, including SCORM/xAPI.
Minimum three (3) years of experience facilitating in-person and virtual learning programs, including leadership development and role-based learning.
Skilled in gamification and interactive learning design to drive learner motivation and retention.
Ability to mentor and coach junior team members to elevate capability and quality.
Professional certifications (e.g., ATD, CPTD, Kirkpatrick, CPTM) preferred but not required.
Minimum three (3) years of experience managing instructional design projects or leading pod-based teams through the full design lifecycle.
Minimum three (3) years of experience creating and editing videos with screen capture and editing tools (e.g., Camtasia, Adobe Premiere), including 2D/3D media, storyboarding, motion graphics, and use of AI tools to enhance learning content.
Experience designing instructor-led program and supporting materials (facilitator scripts, participant guides, facilitator guides, written resource tools, etc.).
Strong interpersonal skills with ability to influence outcomes and align diverse stakeholders.
Familiarity of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and ability to design inclusive content a plus.

Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Adult Learning, Organizational Development, or a related field required; or a minimum of five (5) years of recent, hands-on instructional design lifecycle experience in a corporate setting.
