

Delivers repairs, maintenance, retrofit and capital works for social housing landlords across England.
Reporting to the Health, Safety & Environment Manager, you will work with the Operations team and the wider Health & Safety team to provide direction and support to Operations in order to help them achieve compliance with company systems and safety legislation.
Experience within a Health and Safety role at advisor level
IEMA environmental auditing qualification (or similar)
SMSTS
Experience in a planned maintenance and refurbishment H&S Advisor role would be advantageous however other non-construction areas would be considered.
Full UK driving licence
NEBOSH General Certificate
IOSH accident investigation (or similar)
Scaffold Inspectors Course
This is a full time, permanent position based in the office in Stratford-upon-Avon, although travel to our sites would be expected
