- Collaborate with Cost Consultants to deliver cost control and reporting services throughout the project lifecycle.
- Participate in the procurement process, ensuring effective execution of prequalification, tender analysis, selection, and contract preparation.
- Contribute to project completion activities, including issuing certificates of practical completion and final account agreements.
- Aid in preparing contract documents, warranties, bonds, licenses, and manage valuations and variations in line with contract terms.
- Support the application of value management techniques during the early phases of project development.
- Provide estimating and cost planning input to help develop accurate and comprehensive final cost plans.
- Support junior team members through guidance and coaching, while actively contributing to carbon reduction and sustainability goals.
- Assist in feasibility studies, procurement strategies, contract selection, and the production of procurement reports.
