Description

The role oversees financial performance, resource planning, and operational efficiency of an assigned division. It ensures alignment between project execution, sales efforts, and long-term business objectives by monitoring key metrics and driving team accountability through regular reviews and meetings.

• Analyze monthly Profit & Loss (P&L) and Work in Progress (W.I.P.) schedules to assess financial performance and project status.
• Evaluate and adjust weekly and 3‑month manpower schedules to ensure optimal staffing and resource allocation.
• Review all project bids prior to submission to maintain accuracy, competitiveness, and alignment with company goals.
• Monitor backlog reports and track weekly bid volume for each salesperson to evaluate pipeline health and sales performance.
• Oversee and approve the weekly design schedule to ensure timely project design and delivery.
• Lead the weekly operations (OPS) meeting with salespeople and superintendents to align on goals, address challenges, and support cross‑functional coordination.

Requirements

The position is located at Century Fire Protection Marianna in Marianna, FL 32446. It is a full-time role with up to 25% travel.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and at least ten years of fire-protection industry experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint is required.
