The technician will review sales contracts and spec sheets for material accuracy, spot missing information or product errors, and work with Pre-site Techs and managers to resolve issues. They will also prepare and submit vendor orders, enter sales orders into Acumatica, cut purchase orders, and maintain audit-ready job files.
Additional duties include processing Work Order Changes, tracking material deliveries, confirming costs, handling return-to-vendor requests, and coordinating communication among sales, production, and management while meeting productivity and quality targets.
Statewide Remodeling, Inc. is seeking a detail-driven Procurement Technician to support its pre-production process. Reporting to the Pre-Production Manager, this in-office role ensures installations run smoothly, keeping projects on time and within budget.
Ideal candidates have experience in residential remodeling, construction, or procurement, strong Microsoft Office 365 and Adobe Acrobat skills, and the ability to quickly learn Salesforce and Acumatica. They must demonstrate sharp attention to detail, excellent time management, clear communication, and a calm, energetic mindset under pressure. A high school diploma is required; college coursework is a plus.
The position requires occasional lifting of 50+ lb, the ability to sit, stand, reach, and use hands/arms, and good visual acuity for detail work. The work environment is an in-office, business-casual setting with a Monday‑Friday schedule, bi‑weekly payroll, and a rate of $24 per hour.
