Actively participate in training programs and stay updated on new products, technologies, and industry trends to enhance technical skills and improve service efficiency.
Maintain detailed records of service calls and repairs while accurately documenting all activities, including equipment condition, parts used, and time spent.
Troubleshooting the previous installation, setup, and configuration of products and systems at client sites, ensuring proper functioning and adherence to company specifications.
Monitor and manage inventory levels of spare parts, tools, and equipment required for service and delivery tasks, ensuring availability when needed.

Safely and efficiently deliver products and equipment to customers' locations, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Train customers on the proper usage, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our products and equipment to enhance their overall experience and reduce support requests.
Provide excellent technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and issues professionally and courteously.
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards while performing service and delivery tasks to ensure the well-being of customers and colleagues.
Exercise due diligence to drive safely and maintain the performance and security of the vehicle and its contents.
Conduct diagnostics, troubleshoot and minor repair of products, on-site or in-house, adhering to safety guidelines and manufacturer's recommendations.

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Proficiency in diagnosing and minor repairs of electronic and mechanical systems. Basic understanding of electrical circuits, dimming systems and/or residential construction is desirable.
Ability to effectively communicate and maintain a professional demeanor at all times
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in fast-paced environment.
Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, support team goals, and contribute to a positive work environment.
Prior experience in a similar role, such as service technician, delivery driver, or field electrical technician, is preferred. White glove delivery experience, a plus
High school diploma or equivalent. Technical certifications or vocational training in Electrical Technology or related field is a plus.
Excellent time management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritize accordingly.
Ability to lift heavy objects, perform manual labor, and work in various weather conditions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical information to non-technical customers effectively.
A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.
