- Monitor the construction supervision consultant’s (CSC) inspection of fabrication, installation, and quality assurance processes, ensuring adherence to project and regulatory standards.
- Review and challenge fabrication drawings, installation sequencing, welding standards, and corrosion protection strategies to ensure compliance and quality.
- Facilitate coordination between the general contractor, CSC, and structural consultants to resolve technical queries and maintain alignment.
- Support the implementation of robust quality control measures throughout fabrication and installation phases.
- Ensure seamless integration of metalwork with other packages and the overall stadium design, coordinating across disciplines.
- Oversee the delivery of metalwork packages, ensuring the general contractor’s proposals meet structural, architectural, safety, durability, and aesthetic requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and compliance with specifications and standards across all metalwork activities.
- Escalate critical issues, delays, or non-conformances to project leadership, supporting timely resolution and risk mitigation.
