Maintain knowledge of project management best practices and methodologies
Track progress to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines
Support the development of mitigation strategies to minimize project impact
Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, and risk registers
Prepare and distribute project updates, meeting agendas, and follow-ups
Identify potential risks and escalate issues to the Program Manager for resolution
Recommend and implement improvements to project management processes and tools
Coordinate team meetings and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule
Assist in resource allocation and monitor task assignments to ensure efficient utilization
Act as a liaison between stakeholders and project teams to ensure clarity on objectives and deliverables
Collaborate with the Program Manager to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones

2+ years of experience in IT project-related roles
Basic understanding of IT systems and workflows
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, PPM Pro, Smartsheet, or ServiceNow)
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
RRSP Match
Knowledge of IT frameworks like Agile or Waterfall is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Bachelor’s degree or college certificate in Business Administration, IT, or a related field
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to adapt to dynamic environments and changing priorities
Demonstrated advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Project management certification (e.g., PMP) is a plus
