- Wear enhanced PPE and maintain detailed cleaning logs.
- Perform routine and deep cleaning of cleanrooms and equipment.
- Clean and prepare items per SOPs before transferring into classified areas.
- Maintain dock cleanliness
- Receive inbound shipments and verify documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely movement of GMP materials from dock to CNC areas through airlocks
- Use approved cleaning agents and follow validated procedures.
- Inspect tubs for damage and verify labelling.
- Unload pallets of syringe tubs.
- Place tubs onto the assembly line to support continuous filling operations.
- Inspect materials for damage, labelling errors, and shipment integrity
- Follow aseptic techniques and documentation requirements.
