Tasks
This division plays a critical role in our service portfolio, complementing roofing and waterproofing with advanced architectural finishes. The Director will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standard of quality — while building the most respected pedestal paver operation in Florida. -Standardize installation methods, inspection checklists, and integration with waterproofing systems. -Recruit, mentor, and develop project managers, estimators, and installation crews. -Promote a culture of safety, craftsmanship, and collaboration. -Full P&L responsibility for the paver division. -Leverage technology for project management, progress reporting, and efficiency tracking. -Monitor performance and implement cost-control measures to drive profitability. -Align division goals with company-wide initiatives in safety, quality, and profitability. -Partner with HR on certifications, training, and leadership development. -Manage budgets, margins, resource allocation, and backlog. -Serve as the executive sponsor for high-profile rooftop and plaza deck projects. -Represent the division at trade shows, industry associations, and design/build networks. -Define and implement the growth strategy for pedestal paver operations across Florida. -Expand client base with developers, architects, general contractors, property managers, and institutional owners. -Establish KPIs for safety, job quality, project schedule, and client satisfaction. -Build strong partnerships with architects, developers, and commercial property owners. -Oversee planning, estimating, scheduling, and execution of pedestal paver projects.

What You Bring
-Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred. -10+ years of leadership in pedestal pavers, hardscape systems, or exterior building envelope trades. -Proven success in managing and scaling specialty construction divisions. -Excellent client relationship skills with developers, architects, and GCs. -Experience managing multi-million-dollar projects with direct P&L accountability. -Strong technical knowledge of pedestal paver systems, structural decks, waterproofing assemblies, and architectural finishes.
