Project HSE Lead acts as the interface and senior HSE Representative on the project management team, providing guidance on company and contractual HSE requirements while fostering a strong HSE culture through core programs, policies, and initiatives.
Key duties include overseeing tendering for subsea projects, conducting incident investigations, performing risk assessments, preparing project-specific HSE deliverables, and monitoring HSE performance throughout the project lifecycle.
The role also manages HSE requirements for suppliers through audits and site visits, ensures environmental compliance with regulations, assesses impacts and aspects, and supports permit compliance; domestic and international travel up to 15 % of the time may be required.
A Bachelor's degree in Health, Safety & Environmental Management, Environmental Science or a related field and at least five years of relevant experience are required, along with legal authorization to work in the U.S.
