- Shift rate: 30% Continentals (average 42 hours a week 2 days, 2 nights, 4 off), 3 Shift pattern (average 40 hours per week, days, backs 15%, nights 25%)
- OT2 Rate of time and a half of hourly rate for Saturday overtime.
- Work in a brand-new facility.
- OT3 Rate of double time of hourly rate for Sunday overtime.

- Initially Mon-Friday 40 hours per week on days *until we move to shifts.
