Site Engineer

Description

Based in Helensvale, the Site Engineer will report to the Project Manager and ensure that the designated work zones are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

• Conduct quality‑assurance site surveillance, including measurements and inspections
• Ensure compliance with quality procedures and support team adherence
• Prepare and implement work packs for safe, efficient, and compliant activities
• Coordinate resources such as material allocations, test requests, reconciliations and procurement
• Track productivity and costs, analyzing performance against weekly targets

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience on major civil engineering projects
• Strong planning and construction staging capabilities
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
• Ability to take ownership and solve problems under pressure
• Knowledge of Primavera P6 (advantageous)
