- Communicate and train people on Best Practices of Operation, Preventative Maintenance and Predictive Maintenance.
- Inspect, survey, troubleshoot and perform root-cause analysis using good communication skills and report writing capabilities.
- Participate as an active team member and leader for crusher maintenance efforts across the entire corporation.
- Safely and efficiently perform crusher inspections, trouble shooting, maintenance, repair, rebuild and start-up functions.
- Lead and supervise teams appointed to complete job assignments of various sizes. Some jobs will require individual effort to complete the work and will require the ability to rig, cut, weld, fabricate, disassemble and restore equipment to its full operating condition, without the help of others.

- Experience with hydraulic and electrical systems to perform basic trouble shooting, start up and maintenance tasks; ability to read hydraulic and electrical schematics
- Basic computer skills required; advanced computer skills for reporting, information transfer, scheduling and analysis a plus
- Self-motivated individual willing to work with minimal supervision and at a high level of accountability to operational requirements
- Ability to correctly measure parts, clearances and interference fits; experience with mics and calipers to measure parts
- Strong mechanical background and working knowledge of crushing equipment
- Strong personal commitment to safety and a strong work ethic
- Able and willing to travel frequently
