Overview
Coordinate architectural product procurement, inspections, and project support.

Tasks
-Assist in managing project budgets -Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery -Assist Project Managers & Superintendents to ensure that delivery of critical elements are expedited and coordinated -Plan, coordinate and supervise on site functions including; Oversee Foremen, Crews and Sub-Contractors, ensuring all on site personnel comply with project procedures, safety program requirements, work and equipment maintenance rules, quality standards, and schedules -Review estimates after tender close to determine costs of materials, labour, material, etc -Inspect work in progress to ensure that workmanship conforms to specifications and adheres to construction schedules -Complete daily production and progress reports and maintain project records -Review project information and complete submittals in a timely manner -Confer with project team, contractors, and suppliers to resolve any construction problems -Perform routine site visits and attend site meetings as required -Report all issues to the Project Manager and submit any required information to the client as directed -Review work orders and shop drawings -Contribute to all aspects of the project including profitability, schedule adherence and customer expectations

What You Bring
-Experience with Glazing, Metal Panels, Roofing or the entire Building Envelope an asset -RRSP Matching -Highly motivated with strong analytical, problem solving and decision-making abilities -Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines -Strong negotiation skills -Strong analytical, problem solving and decision making abilities -Architectural Technology Diploma, Construction Management Diploma, Estimating Certificate, related academic courses or equivalent work experience -Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced team environment -Strong organizational and communication skills -Ability to multi task and work in a team environment -Ability to interpret and read blueprints and specifications -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills -Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
