Supervise the activities of Company or Customer supplied Technicians, be responsible for their day-to-day safety requirements, site activities and discipline.
Provide detailed Site Reports to the required standard that among other things highlight actions which may need to be taken and seek opportunities for improvement.
To deliver a very high technical and professional level of service to our customers, with significant focus on safety and quality. The aim is to achieve on time in full, to schedule and right first time.

Previous experience working offshore.
Knowledge of site maintenance and repair of Gearboxes. Training to be provided if required.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and able to produce detailed written technical documents including but not limited to risk assessments, site reports, root cause analysis of failures, method statements, scopes of work and project plans.
Experienced working on international assignments including where English is not the main language
Knowledge of site maintenance and repair of Steam Turbines
Hold a full UK driving licence
Demonstratable experience and a strong focus on health and safety
Knowledge of site installation and commissioning of Reciprocating Compressors. Training to be provided if required.

Ability to work as part of a team or as an individual
Ability to supervise others at site during complex installation, commissioning and maintenance activities.
