Description

• Ÿ Provide support and on-going development / mentoring for team members across the region.
• Ÿ Driving the integrated work with Pune for better collaboration.
• Ÿ Provide techical expertise in structural design to meet project needs using state-of-the-art techniques.
• Ÿ Adopt a ‘hands-on’ approach to project delivery.
• Ÿ Provide leadership, line management and develop the Group as a team.
• Ÿ Ensure that projects are delivered to the agreed outputs on budget, on time and to quality standards.
• Ÿ Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of survey, design, drafting, project and contract management standards and techniques.
• Ÿ Provide technical assistance to staff, including training within specific areas of responsibility and expertise as required.
• Ÿ Build internal and external relationships with new clients and key stakeholders.
• Ÿ Plan, forecast and co-ordinate resources with group managers efficiently.
• Ÿ Liaise with internal and external clients to engender trust and confidence in the Structural Group’s capability.
• Ÿ Reviewing and checking the work of others and remaining focused on important priorities.
