- Monitor and report programme progress in line with project reporting systems, ensuring periodic reports and trackers are accurate and up to date.
- Analyse project data to inform delivery timelines, identify risks or blockers, and escalate as required.
- Provide support to commercial dialogue with contractors by maintaining accurate cost, risk, and change information for the Project Manager.
- Monitor contractor performance indicators and prepare progress reports in line with agreed reporting cycles.
- Support the delivery of geotechnical and drainage projects to time, cost, and quality, ensuring works are delivered safely and in an environmentally responsible manner.
- Support the Project Manager in preparation for, and participation in, internal and external meetings; capture actions and monitor progress to measure project status.
- Monitor HSQE risk assessments carried out by contractors and ensure compliance with relevant standards and legislation."
- Support the Project Management team in maintaining a safe working environment across all assigned projects.
- Manage and update multiple project process trackers, supplying timely and accurate information to the Project Manager.
- Ensure Health & Safety and Compliance registers/documentation are maintained and compliant, including CDM, AMP and Health & Safety Files.
- Manage and review site-specific methods of working and supply chain risk assessments to agreed timescales.
