In-depth understanding of UAE and international road and highway design standards and regulations
Willingness to travel to project sites within the UAE and potentially to other Middle Eastern countries as required
Minimum 10-15 years of experience in road and highway engineering, with a proven track record of managing large-scale infrastructure projects in the Middle East
Advanced knowledge of road and highway design software, such as AutoCAD Civil 3D and MicroStation
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with keen attention to detail
Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience mentoring junior engineers
Expertise in sustainable and innovative road construction techniques, particularly those suited to the UAE climate and terrain
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Demonstrated experience in delivering BIM Infrastructure projects and ability to liaise with multi-disciplinary teams
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; Master's degree preferred
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic would be advantageous
Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent
