Requirements

The successful candidate for the Customer Service/Outbound Call Representative role will pursue leads from marketing materials, current customers, and other sources of potential new business. We seek a confident, personable, and driven marketing representative who demonstrates patience, tact, and enthusiasm when communicating with prospective customers.

• Demonstrated success in B2B marketing
• Highly motivated and results‑oriented
• Exhibit excellent telephone etiquette and professional voice
• Apply analytical, problem‑solving, and time‑management skills
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel
• Hold a valid state driver’s license in good standing
• Be at least 18 years old
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Pass pre‑employment drug test
