Senior Regenerative Designer

The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional design, management and commercial skills with at least 7 years of experience.

You'll join a community of passionate advisors and experts, where you will be encouraged to take responsibilities and develop your skills, experience and confidence. You will be working closely on a day-to-day basis with Arup’s Integrated Delivery teams’ leadership, engaging with some of Arup’s most senior Directors and thought leaders. We’re looking for candidates who show passion, curiosity, personal drive and technical knowhow, that has a willingness to learn and to have a positive impact in their projects. If you can combine these skills with an understanding of the masterplanning, landscape architecture and engineering industry and have a desire to deliver excellent services for clients, we’d like to hear from you. You will have some experience of consultancy already where you will have demonstrated an inherent drive to collaborate and work on your own initiative, to push the boundaries of expectations of your role and to effectively influence upwards.

• Planning & Communication: Strong organisational skills and clear written and verbal communication, with an ability to understand and meet client and stakeholder needs.
• Analytical & DataDriven: Skilled in interpreting data using tools like Power BI, and crafting narratives through welldeveloped reasoning, writing, and presentation abilities.
• Academic & Professional Credentials: Degree (2:1 or above) in a designrelated discipline such as master planning, architecture, or engineering. Chartership or professional membership is an asset.
• Adaptability & Teamwork: Versatile and motivated, with proven ability to work across diverse projects and industries alongside interdisciplinary teams.
