Build client relationships and lead civil design business development efforts in the Pacific Northwest.
Oversee and manage NV5 staff and consultants on civil design projects.
Responsible for creating and executing business plans for the group.
Provide ongoing engineering review and evaluation of designs for compliance with criteria, standards and specifications on each project.
Establish, maintain and monitor schedules, budgets and staffing for projects.
Mentor and train employees.
Manage extensive close-out project procedures including working with contractors, purchasing, and financial analysts.

Registered Professional Engineer in Oregon
Experience in managing projects and leading project teams
Minimum of 10+ years experience in transportation engineering
Minimum of 3 years of previous management experience or 5 years of project management experience

Knowledge of AutoCAD software
Minimum of 3 years with business development within the civil design market
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
