  • Perform basic maintenance and calibration of inspection equipment to ensure it remains functional
  • Follow established quality control procedures and assist in updating them as directed by management
  • Ensure that all required testing is completed according to specifications and record the results accurately
  • Routinely: work alone in remote locations, operate vehicle, squeeze, bend, stoop, stand, walking, climb stairs, use keyboard and mouse
  • Perform quality inspections during the installation process and final inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications
  • Handle small material orders to keep projects on track and ensure timely completion
  • Help train and support less experienced team members on standard quality control procedures and practices
  • Make minor adjustments and corrections in the field as necessary to address quality issues
  • Identify and document non-conformance issues, and report them to Site Leads or Project Managers for resolution
  • Address basic customer inquiries related to quality concerns and ensure that issues are reported for further review

  • Work overtime, travel, handle on-call or after-hours responsibilities as needed, and adapt to varying weather conditions, along with other tasks as assigned

  • Knowledge of Customer Installation Standards and Documentation
  • Knowledge and understanding of the telecommunication construction industry standard practices
  • Valid State driver's license (cannot be Provisional), including an acceptable driving record
  • Occasionally: work at heights, use ladder, life greater than 55 pounds
  • Five years quality control experience
  • Associates Degree in an industry related field or equivalent work experience
  • Authorization to work in the United States for this company
