Maintain a master social media calendar, including day-to-day publishing, monitoring, and engagement
Partner with internal stakeholders to support campaigns, thought leadership, and talent attraction initiatives
Create segmented content for a range of markets that showcases our people, insights and client impact while maintaining brand consistency
Tracking and reporting performance across channels, turning data into actionable insights to inform best practice
Partner and work cross-functionally with other teams and technical experts to develop and execute quality, high impact social media content
Coordinate activity for Arup social media ambassadors and employee advocacy initiatives
Work with the global SM team and European Marketing and Communications network to feed into the worldwide content calendar
Plan, manage and execute overall social media content to engage and grow the Arup audiences across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and others

Superb organization and execution skills with close attention to detail
Significant experience managing organic and paid social media in a B2B or professional services environment for a large, complex organisation
Proficiency with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar)
Working understanding of LinkedIn and other key platforms, including analytics and paid promotion
Excellent writing (English) and visual content creation skills, and communication skills in English (native ), with an ability to build rapport with stakeholders at all levels
A strong team player ethic, with collaborative skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organisation
