Designing and specifying structural elements for diverse projects, with a strong focus on power and energy infrastructure.
Work on a diverse portfolio of major infrastructure projects, including nation-critical power projects.
Supporting the development of early-career engineers and contributing to technical excellence.
Reviewing calculations, technical drawings, and supplier submissions to ensure quality and compliance.
Producing deliverables including drawings, specifications, and reports in compliance with industry standards.
Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to provide safe, efficient, and sustainable solutions.

UK-based project experience in structural engineering either through employment, internship, or graduate placement
Demonstrable experience delivering projects in at least one sector BakerHicks operates in – power sector experience desirable.
Collaborative communicator with the ability to work effectively across disciplines.
Progressing towards Chartered or Incorporated status with ICE or IStructE.
Strong knowledge of Eurocodes, British Standards, and CDM regulations.
Eligibility for security clearance (essential for certain projects).
Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or equivalent).
Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., MasterSeries, STAAD, Tedds).
