Highly regarded and extremely successful asset management firm located in NY's financial district, is seeking a responsible, loyal and smart Administrative Assistant with 3+ years of solid administrative experience to support a team of investment professionals. Manage calendars using MS Outlook, interact with executive's, organize meetings, utilize MS PowerPoint presentations to format charts and graphs. Format detailed reports using MS Excel and MS Word for documents and letters. Organize travel and process expense reports. Utilize analytical skills to interpret the needs of the executives
Must have exceptional communication and computer skills and a strong desire to get the job done!
Base salary up to 110K plus paid overtime, bonus and exceptional benefits.
