Assist in developing graduate/junior engineers within team in alignment with company goals, procedures and strategy.
Delivering high quality and innovative structural designs and documentation for building structures with medium to large complexity, such as architecturally designed houses, estate development of units/townhouses, and associated facilities such as community centres, gymnasiums etc, with potential opportunities to be involved in multi-level building structures and light commercial buildings.
Running projects from concept design to construction within budget and delivery time frame, with supports from experienced and collaborative BE teams.
Cultivating a sense of client focus in your team's everyday approach to their work, in particular with a sense of responsiveness, delivery on time, and professionalism.
Assist in client management with existing clients and other relevant project stakeholders across multiple disciplines.

An ability to build rapport with clients and project stakeholders
Advanced ability to interpret the requirements of Australian standards and building codes, design in accordance with AS2870, AS1684, AS1170, AS3600, AS4100, NCC etc.
2-5 years post-grad structural design experience in the residential industry.
Experience in design using timber structures, reinforced concrete, steel structures, and designs of waffle, raft, suspended slab, retaining walls etc
A minimum qualification of Bachelor Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering from a recognised tertiary institution
Experience in the design of residential/low rise structural buildings.
Proficient in the use of engineering design software tools such as ClearCalcs, Space Gass, Toolkit, Inducta (advantageous), RAPT (advantageous)
