Sales/Project Developer

Description

• Analyzer: using CRM tools to track leads, follow-ups, qualifying conversion metrics, planning ahead
• Translator & Coordinator: working closely w/ our Design & Production Teams to build thorough scope
• Presenter: leading most client mtgs w/ our process in mind, always providing clear next steps
• Impact: You'll help clients transform their homes

Requirements

• Strong & adaptive communication & presentation skills, ability to simplify complex information
• A passion for design, construction, prior planning, and creating exceptional client experiences
• At least 3-5 years of experience in sales & client mgmt., ideally in residential remodel construction
• Tech-familiar - with CRMs, Construction software (Jobtread a plus), Microsoft standards, Google
• Heartbeat of communication & client experience: throughout the Design & Development process
