Role
Description
Order and manage office supplies, stationery, and refreshments, liaising with suppliers
Maintain staff records, including joiners and leavers, and manage office access using company systems
Support health, safety, and emergency procedures, including fire and evacuation protocols
Assisting departments with administrative duties
Manage incoming calls, redirecting as required and relaying messages via email
Handle incoming and outgoing post, parcels, and special deliveries, maintaining accurate logs
Keep the reception area tidy, professional, and representative of the company at all times
Monitor and report switchboard faults, raise IT and Facilities maintenance tickets as required
Greet and manage visitors and contractors, ensuring sign-in procedures are followed
Organise internal and external meetings and office events
Provide ad hoc administrative support to other departments as needed
